CARLA WHITTINGHAM
Principal, Senior Interior Designer

Carla Whittingham is a Bahamian Interior Designer and a Principal of Whittingham Design Consultants. She is a focused, driven, disciplined, and highly creative individual who has been practicing resort, commercial, and residential design for over 20 years. Having a strong history in resort design, Carla is known for her ability to incorporate the latest technology and finishes to interpret the vision of her clients. The result of this is a functional, authentic, tasteful, and cutting-edge design.

Carla has been an avid supporter of the local arts, artists, and the cultural scene for many years, hosting fundraisers for which The Governor-General of the Bahamas has been a patron. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from the International Fine Arts College in Florida and belongs to several professional organizations such as the American Society of Interior Designers and the International Design Continuing Education Council.
ROBERT WHITTINGHAM
Principal, Registered Bahamian Architect

Robert Whittingham is a Registered Bahamian Architect and a Principal of Whittingham Design Consultants with over 29 years of experience in architecture, project management, and design/build. He has worked on projects in the United States of America, Europe, The Caribbean, and The Bahamas consisting of multi-million dollar resorts, commercial, and residential developments. Robert is proficient in the latest Architectural support technology. As an avid supporter of arts and culture, Robert has been instrumental in the development of The Bahamas’ first Heritage Park. He is also a disciplined cyclist who cycles 100 miles in The Ride for Hope, an annual fundraiser to fight breast cancer in The Bahamas.
